    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    S.B. 414 - “A BILL to amend and reenact §11-11-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §44-1-14 of said code, all relating to the filing of estate appraisement and nonprobate inventory forms; eliminating certain filing with the Tax Commissioner; providing for maintenance and preservation of certain forms by the county clerk; providing for disclosure of certain forms under certain circumstances; and providing for confidentiality of certain forms under certain circumstances.”.
